Activist, Mubarak Bala's Arrest: Why the Meddling ? On the early hours of Monday, 29th of April, 2020 Nigerians woke up with the news of Activist , Mubarak Bala, the Humanist being arrested in his residence in Kaduna by the Nigeran Police Force for blasphemy and had been moved to Kano State, his state of origin where he would be tried in an Islamic Court. According to report by various mass communication platforms he would be charged to Islamic Law (Shari'ah). This development had drawn a lot of reactions and backash from the public; with some tagging Islam with all sort of names which I wouldn't mention here for personal reasons.
