Photo News: Aisha Buhari alongside the IGP Decorates Her ADC, Usman Musa Shugaba with his new Rank

According to a report from BBC Hausa, Usman Musa Shugaba the Aide-de-camp (ADC) to the First Lady of Nigeria, Her Excellency, Aisha Muhammadu Buhari has been promoted to the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police and was decorated on Wednesday, the 22nd of June 2022. Mr. Shugaba was decorated by Her Excellency, the First Lady and the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Usman Alkali in the presence of other staff, close friends and family members of Mr. Usman Musa Shugaba (ACP).

There was also a congratulatory message from the First Lady on her verified instagram account congratulating her loyal Aide-de-camp. She said, “Earlier this afternoon, I alongside the IGP Usman Alkali Baba had the honor of decorating my ADC, Usman Musa Shugaba with his brand new rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police. Congratulations ACP UM Shugaba.”
